Building or buying a home is one of the largest investments a person will make in their lifetime. This is why, as a homebuyer, you must take extreme care in choosing a builder who will handle this investment. The homebuilder that you select must be honest and trustworthy. Pinnacle Homes, which is locally owned and operated by Rodney Martin and Thom Seeger, possess these qualities. Together, they form a team which is unparalleled in the Myrtle Beach area.

Pinnacle Homes is a custom home builder which does not seek to become a major builder with so many projects that they can not give their utmost attention to each project. Each and every project is important, which will require a daily inspection of progress by one or both of the Pinnacle Homes owners. They work with each customer on a personal level from the selection of a house design through the completion of the building process and beyond. Attention to detail is their strongest asset and providing assistance with the many interior and exterior selections makes the homebuilding process come together much easier.

Pinnacle Homes believes that what you have “behind the drywall” is the most important part of the homebuilding process. This is why we encourage our homeowners to visit their dream home from start to finish, allowing them to become more knowledgeable about how their home is constructed.

BUILDING PROCESS:

During the construction process we rely on our sub-contractors from the beginning stages starting with the foundation all the way through the completion of the landscaping. Over the numerous years of construction we have been able to be very selective in bringing our sub-contractors on board. Only those that can produce the highest standard of quality will remain in the Pinnacle Homes family.

For the construction process to begin there has to be a new home plan selection. Once we have the plans, we can estimate a price to construct your new home. Along with the estimate, we will provide a specifications list which will give you a break down of the different phases and allowances that will be needed to complete your home. Based on the contract price, an allowance will be given to the homebuyer for specific phases such as flooring, appliances, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, cabinets and countertops. The total amount of the allowances are a guide to help the homebuyer keep control of the under/over spending which will ultimately have an affect on the final cost. We want this to be a pleasant experience for you and we are here to see that you receive the personal, professional attention that you deserve.
